The complex is intended for construction in a high profile “all quintas” neighborhood, and the surrounding are populated with trees so it is both sunny and fresh all times of the year, the apartments are designed so that light and air flow constantly through them mimicking in a contemporary way a quality that traditional houses in the near have. In order to ensure mixture of the population and attract new markets, but maintaining a high profile, there are three possibilities within the complex.  Singles or non parents apartments (S), medium families apartments (M). Nature is always in close range with the interiors weather by access to garden areas or balconies, which adds a third possibility that combines the usage of the roof as private outdoor areas (L). This possibilities are intended to adapt and change ass the inhabitants settle in total of 12 apartments.
